Opinion

No. 83-652.

March 14, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; John G. Ferris, Judge.

Edward A. Perse of Horton, Perse Ginsberg, and J. Arthur Hawkesworth, Miami, for appellant.

Bruce F. Simberg and Michael K. Wilensky of Conroy Simberg, Hollywood, for appellee, Robert J. Snyder, D.P.M.

Richard G. Collins, Fort Lauderdale, for appellee, Janee D. Steinberg.

The entire record in this case, including the deposition of Dr. Edward Dickstein, compels us to conclude that it was error to award summary judgment to the two health care providers in this case. Accordingly, we reverse and remand.

GLICKSTEIN and HURLEY, JJ., and OWEN, WILLIAM C., Jr., Associate Judge, concur.
