In this action in the Supreme Court, Rockland County, brought by the plaintiff on a complaint demanding a declaratory judgment adjudicating that the defendant is not possessed of an inchoate right of dower in real property owned by the plaintiff, judgment was entered in favor of the defendant, after trial by the court without a jury, adjudging that she has an inchoate right of dower in the real property described in the complaint. The plaintiff appeals. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
