Pursuant to the Court's Order Granting Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 27);
1. JUDGMENT is entered for Tamas Szeles and against Julius Bogar on Julius Bogar's claim for Violations of the Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA) and Right of Integrity (17 U.S.C. § 106A) for lack of jurisdiction.
2. JUDGMENT is entered for Consulate General of Hungary in Los Angeles and against Julius Bogar on Julius Bogar's claim for Violations of the Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA) and Right of Integrity (17 U.S.C. § 106A) for lack of jurisdiction.
3. Prevailing parties are entitled to recover costs of litigation, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54 and Central District Local Rule 54-1.
