SARAH F. BOENSCH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Pending before the Court is Michael Boensch's Motion to Be Recognized as Next Friend, filed May 26, 2022. By Order served August 2, 2022, the Court directed Mr. Boensch to file a supplement to his Motion, (1) attaching thereto documentation provided by a doctor concerning petitioner Sarah F.
