FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER, § 3life estate as raising presumption of right to possession. Where plaintiff in forcible entry and detainer action alleged and proved that he had life estate in real estate occupied by defendant, presumption arose that he was entitled to its possession.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Menard county; the Hon. A. CLAY WILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the February term, 1947.
