This matter comes before the Court on the application of plaintiff for preliminary injunctive relief restraining defendant, the Borough of Franklin Lakes from enforcing section 18-130AC1a, as amended by Ordinance 1200; the Court having considered the parties' written submissions and having heard oral argument on October 9, 2001; and for good cause shown;

IT IS on this 9th day of October 2001 hereby

ORDERED that plaintiff's application for preliminary injunctive relief from enforcement of the Borough of Franklin Lakes' Ordinance No. 1200, codified at Article XVI § 18-130AC1a is granted; and it is

ORDERED that defendant, Borough of Franklin Lakes, or its elected officials, servants, employees or attorneys thereof, be preliminarily restrained from enforcing the Borough of Franklin Lakes' Ordinance No. 1200, codified at Article XVI § 18-130AC1a.;
