This case is scheduled for trial at the remote trial session scheduled to commence on February 28, 2022,  for cases where Seattle, Washington is the place of trial. On February 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the conference call, we will set this case for trial at a time and date certain. Accordingly, it is
