This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On March 25, 2022, the parties filed a status report, indicating that all issues in this case are resolved.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Knoxville, Tennessee, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 5, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
