Diane H. Bodmer Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a status report, representing therein that the first name of petitioner is misspelled. The notice of deficiency dated April 5, 2021, upon which this case is based, as well as the petition filed June 28, 2021, sets forth the name of petitioner as Dlana H. Bodmer. Due to a clerical error, petitioner's first name is misspelled in the caption of this case as "Diane H. Bodmer". Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption in this case to reflect the correct spelling of petitioner's first name.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Dlana H. Bodmer, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
