This case was assigned to this division of the Court back in 2017. The parties agreed to be bound by the final, unappealable decision in Oakbrook. That case became final with the denial of certiorari by the Supreme Court a few months ago, but a check of the Court's docket showed no stipulation of decision in this case had yet been filed. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before June 19, 2023 the parties submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress in doing so.
