RODRIGO A. DIAZ BOCANEGRA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served September 2, 2022, a proposed stipulated decision filed by the parties on August 30, 2022, was stricken by the Court because respondent's counsel's signature on that document was made using a cursive computer font, which is not an imaged or digitized signature that is acceptable to the Court. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.

Thereafter, on September 8, 2022, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision. A review of that document discloses that it contains the same defect as the first filed proposed stipulated decision, i.e., respondent's counsel's signature was made using a cursive computer font.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed September 8, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
