Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, a passenger in an automobile owned by the defendant, when the car, driven by the defendant on the Montauk Highway in Suffolk County, struck a patch of snow and ran off the highway into a cluster of trees. Judgment in favor of defendant, entered upon the verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
