Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered May 22, 2024, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed May 22, 2024, is granted and this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 5050-24. All future communications concerning the notice of deficiency issued for petitioners' 2021 tax year should be directed to Docket No. 5050-24.
