Upon consideration of the appellant's response to the Court's order of June 19, 2006, the Court has determined that the "Order Denying `Motion to Amend' and All Related Motions," entered by the lower tribunal on May 10, 2006, is not an appealable order. Fla.R.App.P. 9.130(a)(4). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

DAVIS, POLSTON, and HAWKES, JJ., concur.
