Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff's employee, Deirdre A. Smith, as a result of the defendant's alleged assault and battery, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London at Norwich, where the court, Hendel, J., denied the motion filed by Deirdre A. Smith to intervene as a plaintiff, and Deirdre A. Smith appealed to this court. Affirmed.
