ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

KELLEY ARNOLD, Magistrate Judge

The Plaintiffs, through their attorneys, having filed a Motion and Declaration for an Order directing Julia A.S. Wood of J.S. Wood Company, to appear and show cause, if any she may have, why she should not be adjudged in contempt of this Court for her failure to comply with the Order dated April 21, 2005, requiring Answers to Written Interrogatories within 30 days from the date of service,

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that JULIA A. WOOD be and hereby is required to appear before the undersigned U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, Courtroom D, 1717 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, Washington, on the 16^th day of March, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., to show cause if any there may be, why she should not be adjudged in contempt of Court for her failure to comply with the aforementioned Order requiring her to answer written interrogatories.
