Before the Court is appellant's agreed motion for substitution of counsel. We GRANT the motion. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to substitute Aubrey L. Jones, Jr. with Stark Jones & Storment, PLLC as counsel for appellant in the place of Dale H. Henley and J. Scott Dilbeck with Vice & Henley.
Also before the Court is appellant's August 8, 2022 motion for an extension of time to file its brief on the merits. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to August 30, 2022.
