Lindsay Carol Blumenthal, Appellant v. Steven Louis Huhn, Appellee

FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF TRAVIS COUNTY, NO. C-1-CV-15-009135, HONORABLE ERIC SHEPPERD, JUDGE PRESIDINGMEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant Lindsay Carol Blumenthal has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant states that the parties have reached a mediated settlement agreement on all of their disputes and that they have agreed that the eviction judgment will be vacated by agreement. Appellant requests that we grant her motion to dismiss the appeal and remand the case back to the County Court at Law No. 1 so that the parties may file a joint motion to vacate the judgment. Accordingly, we set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case back to the County Court at Law No. 1 for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
