Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that Shirk's authority to employ plaintiff in behalf of the defendant is not proven. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Carr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
