ROHM SERVICES CORP., INC., AND HORNELL GARDENS, LLC, RESPONDENTS.


PRESENT:

Respondent Howard Zucker, Commissioner, New York State Department of Health having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered February 26, 2020, and having moved to adjourn the proceeding,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief, and the time is extended to September 8, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar for September 9, 2020, and is added to the Court's day calendar for October 21, 2020.
