Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion For Continuance, filed September 8, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 11, 2022 New York, New York trial calendar and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Proceed Remotely, filed July 19, 2022, is granted in that this case will be restored to the general docket for a remote trial or other disposition in due course.
