Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 25, 2013, and February 27, 2014, and respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals, for an extension of time to perfect, and for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken from the order entered February 27, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to March 5, 2014, and March 27, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and

It is further ORDERED that John A. Cirando, Esq., 101 South Salina Street, Suite 1010, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal from the order of Supreme Court entered February 27, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, provide John A. Cirando, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before May 9, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
