On August 15, 2023, the parties filed with the Court (1) a First Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 1 through 17, with attached Exhibits 1-J through 9-J, docket entry 19; and (2) a Joint Status Report, docket entry 20.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December15, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case to include proposed site views and the status of exchange of witness information.
