DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated December 4, 2013, to vacate a final judgment of the same court entered June 14, 2012. The order granted respondent's motion to, among other things, be substituted as petitioner in the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the appeal from the order does not bring up for review the propriety of the final judgment.
