MEMORANDUM ORDER
On July 27, this Court heard argument on defendants' motion to set aside the jury's monetary verdict for plaintiff pursuant to Rule 50(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. At that time the Court requested the parties to submit a judgment specifying the amount and the rate of interest that should accrue.
The defendants have submitted a judgment stating one amount based on plaintiffs direct claim and another, in the alternative, based on plaintiffs subrogated claim. Plaintiff has not made a submission to date.
The Court wishes to enter a final judgment without further delay. The plaintiff shall submit an order specifying a single amount upon which judgment should be entered, the rate used in compensating the amount of interest and the amount of interest due from the date of verdict to November 1, 2001, the date upon which the Court wishes to file its judgment.
