Upon consideration of appellee Vanessa Daschuta's amended motion to dismiss, appellant's response, and appellee Vanessa Daschuta's reply, we dismiss this appeal as moot. See Ruck v. State Bd. Of Prof 1 Eng'rs, 956 So.2d 469 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006); Lund v. Dep't of Health, 708 So.2d 645 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998).
