ORDER
The Court suspended the deadline to file the reporter's record pending determination of this Court's jurisdiction over this appeal. The Court has notified the parties by letter that it appears we have jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER Indu Bailey, Official Court Reporter of the 219th Judicial District Court, to file, by June 9, 2017, either (1) the reporter's record or (2) written verification that appellants have not paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for preparation of the record. We caution appellants that if the Court receives written verification of nonpayment, the Court may order the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
