Pending before the Court is (1) respondent's Motion in Limine To Admit Into Evidence Certain of Petitioner's Discovery Responses, filed March 10, 2023, (2) respondent's Motion in Limine To Admit Into Evidence Exhibits Relating to McKinsey Survey and Bloomberg Surveys, filed March 10, 2023, and (3) petitioner's Motion to Quash Subpoenas Directed to Bloomberg's Founder, Chairman, and Editor-In-Chief Emeritus of News, filed March 10, 2023.

On March 24, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion in Limine To Admit Into Evidence Certain of Petitioner's Discovery Responses, filed March 10, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion in Limine To Admit Into Evidence Exhibits Relating to McKinsey Survey and Bloomberg Surveys, filed March 10, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Quash Subpoenas Directed to Bloomberg's Founder, Chairman, and Editor-In-Chief Emeritus of News, filed March 10, 2023, is granted as to Michael Bloomberg and Peter Grauer and it is denied as to Matthew Winkler.
