DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 15, 2010, inter alia, to direct her former attorney to turn over certain transcripts contained in her legal file.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed with leave to renew on or before April 16, 2012, with proof of service upon the appellant's former attorney as well as the respondent's counsel.
