MOTION DECISION

Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 21, 2022 (Case No. 2023-00244), an order, same Court, entered on or about December 13, 2022 (Case Nos. 2022-05648), and from a judgment of divorce, same Court, entered on or about December 21, 2022 (Case No. 2022-5760), And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved: (1) to stay, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, the appointment of a receiver to sell a commercial building located at 16 Judge Street, Brooklyn, New York, pursuant to the December 21, 2022 order under Case No. 2023-00244 (Motion No. 2023-00262); (2) to reargue the decision and order of this Court, entered on January 26, 2023 (Motion No. 2022-05106, Case No. 2022-05648), which denied defendant's motion to stay, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, enforcement of the order on appeal entered on or about December 13, 2002 (Motion No. 2023-00543); (3) to stay, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, enforcement of the December 21, 2022 judgment of divorce under Case No. 2022-05760, to the extent it would permit plaintiff to take exclusive possession of the residence at 59 Copeces Lane, East Hampton, New York (Motion No. 2023-00762); and (4) to stay, pending the hearing and determination of Moton No. 2022-00543, enforcement of child support award contained in the December 13, 2022 order under Case No. 2022-05648, and the motion for contempt brought by plaintiff in Supreme Court (Motion No. 2023-00792),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for a stay of the appointment of a receiver to sell a commercial building located at 16 Judge Street, Brooklyn, New York, pursuant to the December 21, 2022 order under Case No. 2023-00244 is granted to the extent of continuing the interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court on February 01, 2023, and is otherwise denied (Motion No. 2023-00262), and
It is further ordered that the remaining motions are denied (Motion Nos. 2023-00543, 2023-00762, and 2023-00792).
