District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Jan 30, 2002
804 So. 2d 1285 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2002)

Opinion

No. 3D01-795

Opinion filed January 30, 2002.

An appeal from the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission. Lower Tribunal No. 01-00754.

Ira Bloom, in proper person.

Geri Atkinson-Hazelton (Tallahassee), for appellee Commission.

Before COPE and GODERICH, JJ., and NESBITT, Senior Judge.

Ira Bloom appeals an order of the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission, which affirmed the denial of unemployment compensation benefits. It appears that the order is consistent with the applicable law. See § 443.091(1)(c)1., Fla. Stat. (2001); Florida Indus. Comm'n v. Ciarlante, 84 So.2d 1, 3 (Fla. 1955). Accordingly the order now under review is affirmed.
