Appeals, Nos. 716 and 717, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas No. 3 (heard in Court of Common Pleas No. 5) of Philadelphia County, June T., 1963, No. 3160. Proceedings upon appeals from assessments for mercantile license taxes and net profits taxes. Argued December 14, 1966.
