An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 14, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, by separate motions, to stay the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom (M-5650/M-5349),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are consolidated and the stay is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the June 2018 Term.
