In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 21, 1959, denying their motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground of plaintiff's unreasonable neglect to prosecute the action. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
