Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ.


Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when she slipped and fell on the floor in a store operated by defendant. The proof showed that plaintiff was caused to slip and fall by a pool of water about eight inches square, which had accumulated in a saucerlike depression on the floor in the store and near the entrance. Judgment of the City Court of Peekskill in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs.
