Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 27, 2020 (Case No. 2021-02584) and from an order, same court, entered on or about January 14, 2021 (Case No. 2021-00385), And defendants-appellants having moved to stay the attorney fee hearing pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals (M-2021-03594), And defendants-appellants having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal from the January 14, 2021 order (Case No. 2021-00385) and to consolidate the appeals (M-2021-03539), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion for a stay (M-2021-03594) is denied and the interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court by order dated October 27, 2021 is hereby vacated, and
It is further ordered that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the January 14, 2021 order under Case No. 2021-00385 (M-2021-03539) is granted and the time to perfect same is extended to the March 2022 Term. Sua sponte, the time to perfect the appeal under Case No. 2020-02584 is extended to said March 2022 Term. The Clerk of the Court is directed to schedule both appeals to be heard together on the same day of said March 2022 Term, with no further extensions to be granted.
