This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Respondent moved to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute on October 20, 2022, and after a conference call with the Court and petitioner on October 27, 2022, moved to continue the case. The Court granted respondent's Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order of October 27, 2022, is discharged.
