ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge.

These cases were tried at the Court's June 6, 2022, Anchorage, Alaska remote trial session. The Court ordered the parties to file simultaneous opening briefs, due September 6, 2022 and simultaneous answering briefs due November 7, 2022. On August 23, 2022, petitioner filed an Opening Brief, advising that he filed another petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Alaska. On August 31, 2022, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, stating that on August 15, 2022, petitioner filed a petition in Bankruptcy Court under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 13 after filing timely petitions with this Court. On September 9, 2022, all proceedings were automatically stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a) (8).

On March 17, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, advising that petitioner's bankruptcy case was dismissed on March 2, 2023. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's simultaneously opening brief is due April 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that parties' simultaneous answering briefs are due June 26, 2023.
