ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S FIRST MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR PLAINTIFF'S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT


On this the 12th day of September 2001, came on to be considered the Plaintiffs First Motion to Extend the Time to File Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, from September 10, 1999 to Friday, September 14, 2001 and the Court having considered the same, is of the opinion that the the same should be granted.

IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's First Motion to Extend the Time to File Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment be in all things granted and the response shall be filed on Friday, September 14, 2001.
