JUDGMENT
This Court has fully considered the papers filed by the parties in connection with Defendant's Motion For Summary Judgment and, in accordance with the Defendant's Statement of Uncontroverted Facts and Conclusions of Law, filed herewith,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiff's claim of breach of her administrative settlement agreement and that judgment be entered in favor of Federal Defendant, Hilda L. Solis, Secretary of the Department of Labor, in her official capacity, and against Plaintiff Lunetta Blanks. This case is dismissed in its entirety, without prejudice, due to the possibility that Plaintiff may file her action in the Court of Federal Claims.
