ORDER
Before the court is the June 29, 2020 request of court reporter Deborah K. Hamon requesting an extension of time to file the reporter's record to June 30, 2020. Although Ms. Hamon represented to the court that she would have the reporter's record ready to file on June 30, 2020, the record has not yet been tendered for filing.
In our order entered on June 8, 2020, the court warned Ms. Hamon that if she did not file the reporter's record within fourteen days, the court would take whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure the appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion. Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Deborah K. Hamon to file the reporter's record in this case on or before July 22, 2020. If the record is not filed by July 22, 2020, Ms. Hamon will be ordered not to sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit a copy of this order to the Honorable Brian Williams, Presiding Judge, County Court at Law; Deborah K. Hamon, official court reporter, County Court at Law; and counsel for all parties.
