This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for failure properly to prosecute, filed August 22, 2022, and heard on September 12, 2022, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Chicago, Illinois, trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 12, 2022, respondent shall file either a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy or a status report.
