Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; Leon E. Gray, Judge.

Action by Carol Blank against Ian Coffin and the Mercantile Acceptance Corporation of California, for personal injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile in which plaintiff was riding and an automobile driven by individual defendant and owned by defendant corporation. From a judgment for defendant corporation on a directed verdict after a verdict for plaintiff against individual defendant, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
