Upon consideration, appellant's motion for reinstatement is granted, and this Court's order of August 1, 2014 is hereby vacated and the appeal is reinstated.
On the Court's own motion, this appeal is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for Miami–Dade County, Florida per Florida Statute 45.031(8).
