Appeal from the 243 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20140D04668) ORDER

Pending before the Court is the State's motion to abate the appeal and remand the case to the trial court for preparation of a supplemental reporter's record. We GRANT the motion and ABATE the appeal in order for the court reporter to prepare a supplemental reporter's record containing the additional portions of the reporter's record requested by the State. Pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 34.6(c)(3), Appellant is responsible for the cost of the supplemental reporter's record, and he is directed to make financial arrangements with the court reporter to pay for the supplemental record. The supplemental reporter's record is due thirty days from the date of this order. The appeal will be reinstated by order of the Court after the supplemental reporter's record is filed. Further, the State's brief will be due thirty days after the supplemental record is filed.
