On February 13, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw the parties' Settlement Stipulation (docket entry 11) and Proposed Stipulated Decision (docket entry 12) filed on January 16, 2024. The motion states petitioner does not object. Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on February 13, 2024, at 3:51 PM (docket entry 14), and a duplicate Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction with attachments on February 13, 2024 (docket entry 16). The Court will strike docket entry 14. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw is granted, in that docket entries 11 and 12 are deemed withdrawn. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced docket entries 11, 12, and 14, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
