Judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 14, 1966, affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs; and orders of said court, dated January 27, 1965 and June 11, 1965, respectively, affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. Appellant has not appealed with respect to the $17,351.31 expended by him on the Wells claim. No opinion. Brennan, Acting P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Nolan, JJ., concur.
