ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on March 16, 2023, in Peoria, Illinois. On February 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, indicating therein that petitioner failed to respond to several attempts by respondent's Office of Appeals regarding this case and that petitioner's views as to the granting of that motion were unknown.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 10, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute filed February15, 2023, should not be granted and a decision entered against petitioner for the amounts and year set forth in respondent's Motion.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order may result in the dismissal of this case and Entry of Decision as requested in respondent's Motion.
