PER CURIAM

By order dated January 29, 2024, this Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether the reporter's record was inaccurate or incomplete.

The first Supplemental Reporter's Record (6 volumes) has this day been filed. Therefore, on the Court's own motion, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. The Appellant's brief is now due to be filed in this Court on or before March 8, 2024.

Accordingly, our order of January 29, 2024, has become moot and a hearing on this matter is no longer required.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
