Where evidence of plaintiff, a 9-year-old child, was to the effect that he was struck by defendant's automobile while he was crossing a street, after he had looked for traffic but did not see defendant because of a decline in the street, and that defendant was traveling at excessive speed, but defendant's evidence was that plaintiff suddenly entered the street from between two parked cars and ran into the side of her automobile, evidence did not support verdict for plaintiff, and cause was remanded for a new trial.
